Shipping charges are based only on the total purchase price of physical items in your order. Memberships and other virtual or digital products are excluded when calculating shipping charges.

Return Policy
Archived Journals
Many of our archived journals are decades old and may be pre-owned. They may show normal signs of age and use. Every journal is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it is complete and in good, readable condition.
Because these journals are sold as used archival materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for normal wear, age, or cosmetic imperfections.
Damaged Shipments
We only replace or refund journals that are damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of:
- The damaged journal
- The shipping packaging
Once the damage is verified, we will send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.
Please do not return the damaged journal. Simply provide photos when you contact us.
Memberships
Membership dues and any digital products, if offered, are non-refundable once processed.
